PERMISSION TO JOIN IN ACTIVITIES

 

As part of the Scouting programme the young people take part in many outdoor activities. These may include various games, tracking and hikes in the surrounding area, depending on the age group they may not always be under constant supervision.

 

If you have no objection to your son/daughter taking part in such activities during their time in Scouting please acknowledge your acceptance by signing the appropriate section in the membership form (section B).

 

If we need to take your son/daughter out for an activity, which will require transportation, we will write to you beforehand requesting permission and advising you of the proposed activity with full details.

 

If you have an objection to leaders taking photographs of your child taking part in activities, please note this in your permission form.
